to Son Of A Gun’s Moonwalker for the 2008 breeding season using cooled transported semen. 

This service is subject to the following conditions: 
1.	The stallion breeding fee is $500.00 which includes a non-refundable booking fee of $300.00, which shall be payable upon execution of this contract. The balance of $200.00 plus the $250.00 for the first shipment shall be payable a minimum of Ten (10) days before the semen will be shipped.

2.	Stallion Owners will begin shipping semen February 1st of each breeding season. They will make every effort to have semen available during breeding season, which will require Mare Owners to keep them informed at least 48 hours prior to shipping.

3.	There will be two (2) doses. If any more doses are needed they can be purchased for 200.00 plus all other charges. Which includes a $250.00 charge for packing and collecting 

cooled semen on each subsequent shipment, plus shipping expenses.

4.	Stallion Owners agree to ship cooled transported semen as directed above. Insemination must be done at a QUALIFIED BREEDING FACILITY or under the strict supervision of an approved veterinarian. Stallion Owners shall be held blameless if mare fails to settle.

5.	Request for shipping of cooled semen must be made at least 48 hours prior to shipping time. Cancellation must be made by 8:00 PM (EST) day before shipping.

6.	Stallion Owners will be using disposable semen containers.        There is a $30.00 charge.

7. Should the stallion die, become unfit for breeding or be sold the breeder’s liability is discharged fully by the return of the service fee for inability to breed or rebreed with cooled semen.

8. Stallion Owners will offer the Mare Owner a live foal guarantee. If the mare does not settle, produces a foal that is stillborn or unable to stand and nurse, breeder is held harmless from all liability. The Mare Owner is entitled to a free return service the following year for a flat charge of $350.00 for collecting/shipping/container. Stallion fees are non-refundable unless conditions stated in paragraph seven (7) apply.

9. A Breeder’s Certificate will be issued upon request of Mare Owner at any time after the mare has foaled and all charges have been paid in full.

10. A photocopy of the above mare’s registration papers 
    (both sides) must accompany this contract. The Mare Owner     recorded on the Registration Certificate will be recorded on the Stallion Breeding Report and Breeder’s Certificate.

12. When the Mare Owner signs and sends the original copy of this contract to the Stallion Owners, it will then become a binding contract on both parties subject to the above terms and conditions. This contract is not valid unless completed in full.
